Overview

Formify is a form builder for you and your team. Instead of a long page of boxes, every question gets the whole screen, one at a time, so filling out a form feels more like a conversation than paperwork.

It also works with the forms you already have. Point the contact form on your own website at Formify, and its replies land in the same place as everything else.

The problem

Most forms feel like paperwork, so people give up halfway through. The teams behind them usually juggle three tools: one to build forms, one to catch replies from their own site and one to keep track of who wrote in.

What it does

One question at a time

Every question has the screen to itself. Answers can skip the questions that don’t apply, so nobody reads more than they need to. Themes and embeds make the form look like part of your site, not someone else’s.

Works with the forms you have

Any form on any website can send its replies to Formify. Each reply is saved, checked for spam and passed on wherever you want it: email, Slack, Telegram, Google Sheets or your own tools.

Everyone in one place

Everyone who replies ends up in Contacts, so you can see who wrote in, when and through which form, without exporting a single spreadsheet.

Built for teams

Workspaces are shared with editors and viewers. Plans go from Free to Scale, so a side project and a growing company can start on the same afternoon.
